Our annual Women's Self-Defense Class is open to the public! This is a great event for moms & daughters. You're also welcome to invite friends and family in the community.

This is a free event although we do accept donations for the Riverbend Family Ministries, a group who does local work for those in need: "RFM is a holistic hub of non-profit organizations that work with children, youth, and families in crisis, most often being affected by violence, addiction, poverty, and/or homelessness."
